Holganix Expands Production Capacity With Opening Of Two New Manufacturing Facilities

Holganix Production Expansion

Holganix is thrilled to announce the expansion of its production capacity with the opening of two new plants. With a new location in the Kansas City region and the relocation of its Philadelphia plant to a renovated space, Holganix is growing to meet the increasing demand for its innovative microbial products and soil health solutions.

"The opening of these new facilities marks a significant milestone for Holganix," states Austin Hausmann, CTO at Holganix. "This expansion not only enhances our production capabilities but betters our ability to serve our customers with closer access to farms and improved production and cold storage technology essential to what makes Bio 800+ unique to the market."

Our commitment to localization in our manufacturing strategy not only ensures timely delivery to farmers but also minimizes both costs and environmental impact associated with shipping. By keeping production localized, we streamline distribution channels and significantly reduce transportation-related emissions. This approach aligns seamlessly with our commitment to sustainability, allowing us to better serve our customers while preserving our planet for future generations.

"We are grateful for the continued and increasing support of our customers," adds Austin "Their trust in our products and mission is the driving force behind our growth. As we expand our operations, we are actually growing our commitment to delivering innovative solutions that benefit both farmers and the planet."

West Chester, Pennsylvania: A new hub of innovation

Our Pennsylvania plant has found a new home in West Chester, complete with state-of-the-art facilities to enhance our capabilities. The new space boasts an in-house laboratory for rigorous testing and research, dedicated training area, office space, and expanded manufacturing facilities. This upgrade increases our production capacity and strengthens our commitment to innovation and excellence.

The addition of an in-house lab allows us to conduct rigorous testing and research, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Furthermore, the training space provides a dedicated environment for educating our team members and partners, fostering continuous learning and development within the Holganix community.

Kansas City: A New Frontier for Growth

In addition to our expansion in Pennsylvania, we are proud to announce the opening of a new facility in Kansas City. This plant will serve as a center for manufacturing, training, and agricultural operations, further supporting our mission to empower farmers with sustainable solutions.

Production commenced at our Kansas City location in April, marking the beginning of an exciting chapter in our journey. The increased production and storage capabilities of this new space will play a crucial role in fueling our growth and meeting the rising demand for Holganix products.

Partnership and Progress: The Role of FPEP Grant

We are grateful for the support of the USDA’s FPEP (Fertilizer Product Expansion Program) grant, which has played a vital role in funding our expansion efforts. This partnership underscores our commitment to driving innovation and economic development in the farm communities we serve.

As we celebrate the opening of our new plants, we remain committed to our core values of sustainability, innovation, and excellence. With these expanded capabilities, we are better positioned than ever to make a positive impact on agriculture and contribute to a more sustainable future for generations to come.
