This year is especially meaningful as America celebrates its 250^th anniversary. While we honor the nation's past, we're also looking ahead to the future of agriculture. At Holganix, we believe healthy soils and strong root systems are the foundation for the next 250 years of sustainable farming, and that future starts from the roots up.

Submit photos or videos of your roots between now and August 3, 2026, for a chance to earn recognition, exclusive prizes, and bragging rights as one of the best root growers in your state.

Every grower who submits an entry will receive a Limited-Edition Holganix 250^th Anniversary Roots Competition Hat. Throughout the season, we'll recognize standout roots from across the country, and at the end of the competition, top entries will compete for the title of 2026 Holganix Roots Champion and take home our Holganix Cooler.
