Meet Our Newest Team Members
Expanding Our Soil Health Specialist Team
Our team of Soil Health Specialists is growing, bringing fresh perspectives and deep agricultural experience to support farmers in their journey toward healthier soils. We’re thrilled to welcome:
Adam Rolf – With over 15 years of experience in crop protection, seed growth, and seed development, Adam is passionate about helping farmers adapt to more sustainable practices. He believes in making small improvements every day to drive long-term change.
Blake Thomas – Blake brings a sharp wit and deep agricultural roots to Holganix. Known for his quick humor and ability to retain random fun facts (but not phone numbers), he’s passionate about changing how farmers think about soil health. Blake is eager to help growers transition to regenerative solutions that work for their land.
Braden Coleman – Growing up on a family ranch, Braden was drawn to Holganix because of our mission to become the most trusted brand in agriculture. He’s excited about the long-lasting impact we’re making in the industry.
Eric Butler – As a longtime entrepreneur, and owner of a small cow/calf operation, Eric has always prioritized delivering value to customers. He’s excited to bring that same commitment to farmers by helping them improve soil health and sustainability.
Ethan Fitzwilliam – Ethan comes from an agricultural community where his family has farmed for generations. He’s passionate about ensuring a sustainable future for farming and sees Holganix as the solution to help farmers improve soil health while reducing inputs.
Jacob Rotherham – Jacob grew up on a farm, giving him a deep appreciation for the dedication it takes to succeed in agriculture. He’s eager to hear directly from growers how Holganix is helping transform their operations.
Jarrett Paullo – With a background in the livestock industry, Jarrett has seen firsthand the struggles farmers face. His passion for agriculture and sustainability fuels his drive to help growers thrive.
Morgan Shackelford – Morgan grew up watching her dad, a third-generation farmer, work tirelessly. She’s excited to be part of a company that directly helps farmers succeed and is eager to see the impact of Holganix in the field.
Scott Jones – Scott has spent most of his life centered around agriculture, growing up on a row crop and dairy farm. His experience in the seed industry and passion for soil health make him a great fit for Holganix’s mission.
Tyler Haudrich – With a degree in Agriculture Business, and raised on a small family farm, Tyler is passionate about equipping farmers with the tools they need to succeed. He’s also involved with Growing Hope Globally, a nonprofit focused on food security.
Building Strength in Data & Project Management
Holganix’s Data Operations Team is expanding with the addition of two Project Managers:
Rachel Tindell – Rachel comes from AGI Digital where she worked with Bin Monitoring that helped farmers improve safety and profitability. She’s passionate about sustainability and empowering farmers to be better land stewards. Fun fact: She has four cats—Meatball, Spaghetti, Toast, and Marshmallow—so you might spot them in the background of her video calls!
Scott Coble – Scott’s background in agricultural data analytics at Kubota Tractor Corporation has given him a deep appreciation for the hard work and resilience of growers. He’s eager to bring data-driven insights to Holganix.
